Move Your Ass 7/3/13 and What It Is 7/5/13

Two shows for you today: the most recent Move Your Ass that I hosted, and my first time ever hosting What It Is! What it Is is WCBN’s funk, soul, and R&B show that runs every Friday from 8-10pm. This was my first time hosting the show and I had tons of fun with it. I tried to play a good mix of danceable funk, slower soul, from a variety of different time periods. And in the most recent episode of Move Your Ass, I explored a few exercise records, including an official US government record!
