Ticket Giveaway Functionality

Replace ticket giveaway notebook with functionality built into website. A Ticket Czar(s) would be specified, who has the ability to create tickets for events. All DJs would be authorized to give away the tickets. In order to do so they would be required to fill in two fields: the caller's name and a phone number. The site would automatically record the name of the DJ who did the giveaway. The information would be sent, automatically, to the Ticket Czar(s) and retained by the site until a week after the event expired.
