Third Coast Percussion will perform its arrangements of Philip Glass's "Aguas de Amazonia". A separate piece will feature different musicians performing Beethoven's "Diabella Variations".
Writer and producer Mark Stryker will discuss the film in a Q&A after the screening. The film premiered last year.
There will also be a 7:30pm set.
This event will include live performances of traditional Chinese singing and dancing, and performances of contemporary music by student groups.
The fingerstyle guitarist has played with Justin Hayward of The Moody Blues a number of times in the last ten years.
