A jazz trio featuring Ingrid Racine will play at 7pm. That's followed by 40 minutes of short films at 8:15pm, hosted by author and WCBN DJ Frank Uhle ("YOO-lee").
All are sons of Bob Marley.
Las Guaracheras is an all-women salsa sextet that started in Colombia. They perform with vibraphone, percussion, bass, piano, and vocals. There's more information at UMS dot org.
The program will include three works, including Johnathan Bailey Holland's response to the Black Lives Matter movement, titled "Dream Elegy".
