There will also be an 8:30pm set.
People can bring their song, story, poetry, comedy, or other kind of expression. Sign-up begins at 6:30.
This year’s lineup features Ani Mari, Billy King, Chris Buhalis , Kitty Donohoe, and other performers.
Marques will talk about how Tyler, The Creator, reshaped hip hop through sound, identity, and creative independence.
There will also be a 9pm set.
