PUBLIQuartet's performance will include the world premiere of George Lewis’s String Quartet 3.5 (“Great Migrations”). Lewis will be in attendance.
This will be in conjunction with the new exhibition "American Sampler: Activating The Archive", which looks at activism from the 1950s through the 1970s.
The orchestra will perform music by Mozart and Beethoven, and a work by Gabriela Lena Frank.
