The group draws inspiration from the Art Ensemble of Chicago, Don Cherry, Steve Reich, Pauline Oliveros, and other musicians.
The touring group Squonk will perform twice on Friday, featuring the Squonkcordion, an enormous musical instrument the audience gets to play. Info is at A2SF dot org.
